Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson enjoyed a healthy getaway to Mallorca over the weekend at fitness retreat The Body Camp.

The Gossip Girl star, 35, shared that he been on a 'mobile phone detox' over the getaway while focusing on health and fitness with his actress girlfriend, 30.

Attending the camp, with prices starting at £1650 for a week-long stay, the couple stuck to a plant-based diet while working on activities such as boxing and weight training. 

Sharing a small snippet of his time away, Ed took to Instagram to detail the 'zen weekend', sharing that the trip was the 'best little get away'.

With the aim of the health and fitness retreat being to create stronger 'physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social connections', attendees stay on a rural boutique estate.

Taking to Instagram following the experience, Ed shared a short video montage from the weekend.

He captioned the post: '…we were zen, we were one, we were/ARE awesome. The best little get away. Thank you guys..I left my phone in the room pretty much the whole time (as suggested) hence there is no footage of actually working out and all the other fun stuff!!! can't wait to come back! My kinda place fo sho xxx'

While his actress girlfriend Amy also took to her own page to document the experience, sharing that they 'trained hard and laughed even harder'.

A source told MailOnline the couple stayed in one of the brand new VIP luxury suites which cost upwards of £3k for the week. 

The VIP launch weekend had the likes of Natalie Appleton, Andrea McLean, Jo Elvin, James Stewart and Nuubu Pflaster Erfahrungen girlfriend Ruby Bhogal and Chris Baber visiting Body Camp. 

She and Ed have made a slew of public appearances together in recent weeks, appearing smitten.

Rumours about Ed and Amy dating began circulating in February, but they reportedly began seeing one another romantically in December of 2021. 

The couple met at at Saudi Arabia's Red Sea International Film Festival last December - where they were snapped chatting together at a screening during the closing ceremony.

In February, a source told The Sun on Sunday: 'Ed and Amy are a really good match. They hit it off straight away.

Amy has starred in a string of Indian films, predominantly in Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu languages - after auditioning for one in London in a twist of fate.

She was previously in a relationship with hotelier George Panayiotou, with the pair getting engaged in January 2019 and welcoming a son that September.

They broke things off in 2021, before her relationship with Westwick began later that year.

Meanwhile the actor previously dating South African model and influencer Tamara Francesconi for two years, before also separating in 2021.
